focal black and white

mga sir ..im using picasa and photolightning para sa effects na focal b&w.. ang problem eh single use, i mean pa bilog lang yung nagagawa..meaning isang spot lang, may alam po ba kayo sa software(freeware) para ma achieve yung ganito:

please share naman yung mga gawa nyo na focal black and white...

try photoshop cs3
eto gamit ko for color splash

I use photoshop CS4. Here are some shots I took and edited:





Use the qs tool and select inverse and convert to monochrome. Hope this helps

ayun..salamat.. may nakita rin ako na isang way pano gawin.. yung i desaturate yung pics then i paintbrush ng black or white para lumabas yung kulay..

Doesnt work well for me bro, naaapektohan kasi yung hues ng gusto mo itira. Only works kapag isang kulay lang iiwan mo, unlike yung example mo and yung nasa boat. :D Here's an example where I used desaturation:
