Ey guys!

Just got my dream guitar. Cort KX Katana Custom. Mahogany body, flamed maple top, 24 jumbo frets, string thru body, tone pros bridge, Duncan '59 neck PU, Duncan JB bridge PU, coil tap tone knob, locking tuners, mother of pearl inlays and a very fast neck :-)

I name all my guitars and this one is called Kate :-)

Hmmm... paano ba post ng pic dito?

well, they're not exactly 'Cort' if you know what I mean.

congrats on the purchase...

maganda yan kung me floyd rose .. so you need another guitar which is FR equipped...
and then, punta ka music store ulit, try out a tele or a strat... the fender itch starts...
then nakikinig ka ng radio, tumugtog is tuck andres ng Man in the Mirror, very woody and round yung tone... gassing for a jazz guitar starts...
oops ang gaganda ng mga guitars mo, pero kelangan mo ng super decent amp, preferably tube ... visit ka sa mga amp websites, click the sound samples, then found something you like... now the amp gassing starts...
pero kulang pa rin, gusto mo lagyan ng colors yung tone mo...ayaw mo ng clean at OD lang..or yung OD is not heavy enough... effects pedal shopping starts...

hehe..tease lang! again, congrats sa purchase.. Kate looks lovely!

I say give it 6 months.

last guitar in a decade? oh, you've gotta be kidding... hehe. ako i got my dream guitar na eh, an ash bodied mij strat (baba ng pangarap eh no? hehe) pero a few months palang eh i threatened to sell it na, hehe. that's how GAS works pre.

if you want to stop GASsing for new gear, that means you would have to stop browsing for them, hehe. hirap no?

anyway, enjoy bro! and hope the GAS bug doesn't hit you anymore, hehe.
