recording software for windows 7 ultimate

mga experts, i wanted to go into recording, what i have now is laptop with a 4 gb/320gb hardrive, i just installed win 7 on it and realized majority of the recording softwares are not yet supported by win 7. could you recommend a software for recording my guitar? what are the other upgrades i need for my computer for a decent recording? thank you guys

Sonar 8/8.5 has been certified for Win7.

nuendo 4 and pro tools 8, basta stripdown yung OS for music prod.

Nuendo 4 works very well on Win 7 64 bit with the faders working very well on the Mackie Control  Universal.. UAD also works well on 64 bit except Waves..
