I have a MIJ Fender SSH Strat with a Floyd Rose II trem and an Ibanez GAX70 which both belongs to my father and for some reasons I dont like using. For the Fender, the floating trem always had tuning stability issues (I was never adept at floating trems) and the GAX's sound is simply plain dead and dull sounding to me. I recently replaced the Fender's bridge with a DiMarzio Evolution and there was a big improvement in its stock sound but due to negligence, the electronics finally gave in. I'll have it repaired and repainted someday. But for the GAX, It simply has no place in my heart. haha.
