IIRC vinyl wrap yung ginamit niya sa snare.. AFAIK anything covering the shell whether wrap or paint etc would affect the sound of the shell. much like powdercoated steel shells or wrapped wood shells, there's a certain warmth sa sound na sometimes good, sometimes not.. .png "lol")
agree... pero the vinyl wrap you get in ace is so thin, i doubt merong malaking effect sa sound yun.
The inside of the drum is painted red, thin coat lang para lang hindi kulay kahoy.
I didnt drill any of the holes nga pala sa snare, I carved it, spiniing a knife around until kumasya yung screw, this gave me a tighter lock sa mga hardware...
