Haha. I don't have the guts to ask.  :lol: But it's better than them saying, "sir mahal yan" here in Pinas.  :lol:

baka ang reply nila:  "are you sure you want to know?"  :lol:

@curiousdcat

awesome pics, sugi sugi...question is what did you buy?

The entire store! --- but that was only in my dreams.   :lol:   No major purchase from Shimamura yet ( :evil: ) except for a couple of pedal hardcases and some pedal "roll cages"/knob protectors.

pricetags like that...freakin' scary.   :lol:

In this store alone, there were at least 3 guitars that were more than a million yen --- a Y1.6M PRS Private Stock, a Y1.2M Zemaitis anda Y1M+ custom-something.  But this is not the only store I've been to that have guitars at this price range.  There are a lot of over a million yen guitars at the music stores in Shibuya --- check out the one right beside an adult fetish store!   :-P

ngayon ko lang nakita that they sell blanks.  kamusta kaya store humidity?  lol!  i wonder how much these blanks are priced.  :-D

If I understood the salesperson there correctly, the woods and necks are choices for the ESP customs only.

nice sir curiousdcat!no pix of the salon? haha :evil:

Sorry for the confusion.  The salon is not the salon I think you are thinking of.  The salon at the store was actually a music school/rehearsal rooms small enough for an individual up to a room that could accomodate multiple players.  Just like you, I was (and still am) uneasy about the salon in the name which, according to my Jap speaking friend was a correct and direct tranlation of the name in English.  Funny, right?   :lol:

Hey, guys.

Sorry, had to temporarily remove some pics.  My wife is insisting that the other pics weren't taken in Shimamura Aeon as I thought.  Will confirm with my friend the exact store/s they were taken before posting them again.  My apologies.  Rest assured that the info stated in previous post/s still hold true.  Thanks.

That's around 400k pesos. I think one can score a brand new Cherry QQ with that.  :lol: It's MIC though. lol.

Got mine for 370. Love it. Got anything about cherry QQ's ? :x :)

Sabi sa kin the music instrument district is in okachi-machi (tama ba yun) just one station away from Akibahara. Its actually on the map that hotels give you when you ask for one. Also look up Ishibashi which is in Chiyoda-kyu (somewhere near the Imperial Palace to IIRC). YOu can buy 2nd  hand stuff and I believe it will be cheaper "live" than what's on the website.

:lol:
