hindi ako kumakain ng vegetable (except kung may halo at maliliit) as in masusuka ako. tama ba kung fruits ang kainin ko as in maraming fruits wil that keep me healthy and slim?

exercise at tamang kain.medyo bawas sa kanin at taba ng karne at mamantika na pagkain. kain ka gulay, prutas pero kailangan mo din ng karne para protein.

Eh ano ba gusto mong mangyare? "Keep me healthy and slim" edi healty and slim ka na?
O make me healthy and slim?
Wag ka magkanin pag gabi kasi di ka na active try mo laging white meat (fish and chicken)
yung fruits kasi watery kaya sinasabing healthy kasi para kang nagwawater therapy

you should measure the calories of the food that you're eating para alam mo kung ok ba ung kinakain mo. 2 yrs ago i lost about 15 kg in 3-4 months what i did was diet ( not starving yourself) and regular exercise ( weight lifting and cardio )
