Need Help: For Creating Drum Tracks
« on: October 20, 2010, 01:37:44 AM »

Hi guys,

Can you recommend a software that can turn/assign a computer keyboard to work as midi drumpad to create drum tracks in a computer.

---->

I don't have any expensive digital drumpads. But I want to create drum tracks using my computer keyboad for my home recording.
Just a heads up, I am not a drummer btw.. Thanks in advance everyone.

Use the Piano roll or sequencer. It comes with the DAW or other softwares like fruity loops and etc. Di na kailangan ng trigger pads. Mouse lang kailangan.  :-D

And also, it's really difficult to play drums using trigger pads. Unless, practice ka talaga ng finger drumming.
Ayt

Remember that old Creative youtube demo of this guy keyboard drumming?

You guys should see marvinq do drum programming on keys. He leaves this guy in his wake, but it's in step programming that marvinq continually amazes me.

you'll have a great advantage on FruityLoops or Beatcraft when you know how to read and play drum notations.. (1 + e + & + a)
