Paano maiwasan ang High Blood?

nag wowork ako sa office at minsan maski 5-8hrs ang tulog ko within that day eh sumasakit ang batok at ulo ko.. pero hindi naman ako nangangawit at minsan nag pupulputate din ako..

nag pa BP ako at medyo mataas eh.. ang sabi saken ng nurse highblood daw ako.

ang advise saken ng nurse imonitor ko daw ung BP ko which is yung gnagawa ko ngaun while on office,
before shift, at bago umuwi.

medyo mataas parin..

ang sabi saken ang posible causes:

1. bisyo , yosi or alak
2. kinakain , too much cholesterol
3. puyat
4. stress

kasi medyo over weight din ako eh diet din talga.
5"3 lang ako pero 140lbs ako need ko loose ng weight ng 10lbs pa..

ang gnagawa ko ngaun based sa advised eh, iminom ng pineapple (no sugar) pangpa kalma daw ng dugo, kumain daw ng mga grapes, ubas or better redwine to lowerdown cholesterol and Oatmeal to absorb excess oils daw and flush it out, eat tuna , salmone at sardines which is good for the heart.

ang problema eh ung part na stress hindi ko alam paano i-lessen ang stress load ko.. posible daw na stress overload kasi wala naman daw taong hindi na sstress ang problema lang eh kung aano mo i-unload ito.

any help co-forummers?

suggest naman po kayo.thanks.

tamang ehersisyo lang katapat niyan kontra stress  :-D

Ang problema hindi na dapat pinoproblema sapagkat solusyon dapat ang isipin  kapag may problema para maiwasan o mabawasan ang iniisip mo na pwedeng magresulta sa stress = altered blood pressure  :-D

pero the best talaga para maiwasan yan ay lifestyle change. baguhin mo mga bagay na alam mong nagko cause ng pagtaas ng bp mo. dahan dahan lang hindi makukuha sa isang paspasan lahat yan.  :-D

you need a lifestyle change bro. highblood din ako and after i changed my lifestyle hindi na sumasakit ang batok at ulo ko. what i did is:

1. exercise everyday
2. wag ka masyadong magpastress kasi isa yan sa top triggers ng highblood
3. iwas sa alcohol,softdrinks and smoking
4. iwas din sa mga deep fried food yung mataas ang cholesterol level and yung oily food. eat more vegetables.
5. get as much rest as possible.

i did all those things and hindi na ako highblood. hope this helps. :-)

siguro sir stressed and high-blood ka nung ginawa mo tong thread na to. nagkakamali ka na sa spelling e.

proper diet lng yan, maintenance ng gamot, tamang tulog at ang mahalaga sa lahat... DASAL!  :mrgreen:
