kase ung gmit q mahina ang tunog s computer o kht s laptop nka full nnmn ung volume.. hrap po mag aus pag live.

go to any JB Music shop.  They are the distributor for M Audio.  They should be able to help....otherwise give M-Audio an email complaint.
