Question regarding Machine Heads

guys, ask ko lang pano ko malalaman kung kasukat nung bibilin kong replacement part sa net?
does it have something to do with gear ratios? medyo di ko kasi naiintindihan un.heheh.

Gear ratio yung number ng turns mo sa machine head bago makaikot ng 360 degrees yung mismong post. Mas mataas na gear ratio ay mas accurate, mas makukuha mo ng sakto yung tuning.

With regards sa sukat, check mo na lang yung dimensions nung mismong machine head na bibilhin mo and compare it sa stock mo. Critical din yung angle nung ear niya para sa screw or kung wala siyang screw pero merong parang kuntil na maghohold ng place niya. Pati yung diameter nung bushing, etc.. Ayun... research research ng dimensions talaga.  :-)

may grassroots kasi ko na guitar ung parang sig.guitar ni sugizo (baka sakaling kilala niyo.heheh)

ee ung screw in bushing nasira..mga 3 na machine head na..ee wala naman akong mkita na bushing lng?kaya plan ko magbuy na lang ng new set..thanks sir!sukatin ko nlng?hahha.jin ho ung brand nung stock tuners ee..

May pics ka sir nung likod ng headstock? May nakita ako pero magkaiba, alin yun dito?

I see. Wala siyang screw sa labas. Chances are, yan yung may parang kuntil na nakatusok sa kahoy ng headstock para hindi gumalaw yung machine heads. Check mo yung Sperzel machine heads kung kala ng budget kasi sila ang may mga ganung model, may dimensions din na given.

Either way, pwede ka din naman kumuha nung may screw tab. Bubutasan mo nga lang.  :-)
