which is better? telecaster with single coil or with humbuckers?

im a single coil lover especially sa telecaster ko pero until now im just wondering what is the feeling of a telecaster with humbuckers?
what is the actual difference? more punch guaranteed ba sa humbucker? how about sa twang what your experience with these?

for me mas ok yung humbucker sa Neck tapos Active pa.
then sa Bridge Lace na Single Coil para may 'twang'.

Nope. Iba pa rin pag legitimate na tele bridge single coil.

+1. that's why most keep the tele single coil bridge pickup when they replace the neck to a humbucker because the twang is in the bridge.

Iba ang appeal ng classic tele configuration (two single coils, 3-barrel saddles), versus a hot-rodded tele.  And then you have the Esquires (single bridge pickup only), which has a following of its own.  Its hard to find, or even to customize a tele to appeal to these... And so I ended up with a uber-customized tele kit, and an all-stock classic vibe 50's.  

My customized one has a strat pickup on the neck, and a humbucker on the bridge.  The bridge position is thick and midrangey, but still retains alot of twang.  I think that the twang is more of a function of the bridge plate, 3 saddle, and top load config.

Why not consider the Esquire option?  Bridge single coil only, then bypass both the tone and volume, and the pcikup selector.  You'll get a hot, but true single-coil sound.

I like em both   , the classic configuration the traditional Warm twangy sound of a '52 and the modern unique blend of a humbucker neck and single coil bridge pickup combination for more tonal options reminiscent of Andy Summers tele

Single coils with an overwound bridge, or tele single coil sized humbucker. Tapos wire it in parallel. Use a 4 way switch.
