im building my home studio, and im planning to buy studio monitors, ano kaya ang masusuggest nio na bilin? my budget is around 6 to 8k, yung decent na and ung okay tlga ang sound quality, will appreciate all your opinions, THANKYOU!  :-D

umm sa budget mo siguro go with headphones na muna, like the audio technica ath-m50
yan una kong binili for monitoring since di pa umabot budget ko dati...

or you could try the behringer studio monitors

Depends on the music or whatever you will mix. If you like deep bass, those samsons may make you over compensate on bass frequencies (not used the mediaone4a, but speaking from experience). Headphones are ok, but I prefer open backs for mixing; the M50s are closed back. That said, I've read that the M40 (precursor to the M50) was great for mixing so, try out the M50s first if they are what you want.

At your budget, you would be hard pressed to get any sizable monitors with large enough woofers.

yep. as sir kitc says, i think a better option is to save more for the monitor budget so you'll eventually end up with a 'good enough' item that would serve you better in the long run.
