I think drugs are way better for listening to music and not writing or gigging. Personal challenge ko yun so I could come up with some cool noises without the aid of altered perception. Live, I need to make sure what I'm doing sounds right and not just the auditory equivalent of a bad acid trip.

Write awesome music, take drugs, listen to awesome music, it becomes even more awesome. Your measure of quality is if it still stands on its own merit even after the drugs have worn off. Sober music is the best music IMO. It only gets better anyway, so that bare minimum is a great bare minimum.

Naalala ko tuloy ung movie na "Limitless". Kung maging totoo man ung droga na un, sana di ko makita. 
Drugs are really bad for you if nasobrahan talaga. Meron naman akong kakilala na nag "uubash" pero natigilan nya din. Kumbaga it is more of self-control at tamang subok lang. Late bloomer ako nung na-try ko ung omads pero at least na try ko lang, at hindi ko nasagad. Sinubukan kong mag gitara after mag omads, ayun di ako makatapos ng kanta at Napaka OC ko pa sa paligid ko!
