Is it ok to go first with cutting before bulking phase?
As I've read in other forums you need to go with bulking phase first then after that, you can now lose more fats on cutting phase.
Has anyone here tried Ambercrombie workout?
it depends on your goals and your body...
sabi for a newbie at weight lifting, no need for bulking and cutting.
saka what's the point of cutting for a newbie? you won't gain any muscle kung kulang rin ang intake mo ng calories, proteins, carbs, etc.
...if your fat, as you started lifting and eat right amount of daily needs, you will gain muscle
at the same time mabuburn rin ung fats... kaya no need for cutting phase, clean bulk will be good..
pero if your lifting for 3 or 4 years na...possible pa rin siguro pero minimal nalang ang magagain at mabuburn..
need to go bulk or cut..
but the topic about losing fats while gaining muscle is intriguing...
pero parang ang hirap mas safe pa rin siguro to go with a bulking phase and cutting phase..
mas sure ang results...
but then again, may mga nagsasabi na its possible kasi nga bka nga naranasan nila
