Whammy WH-1 problem
« on: October 12, 2016, 01:22:54 AM »
Hi everyone,

My idiot of a cousin plug a Whammy WH-1 to a Godlyke 220-v. It's indicator lit when when plugged, pero nawala rin. Diba 110-v lang yun? Not sure where the originL power supply is, pero sa palagay niyo ba nasira na yung unit? :/

Thanks!

Whammy versions 1-4 use 9 volts AC, not the typical 9v DC that Boss, MXR and others are using. Godlyke or OneSpot won't power your pedal.

So sira na yung pedal? Na-plug kasi sa Godlyke eh.

Have you tried turning it on with the correct power supply after the incident?

Mas malala pala ang nangyari. Apparently andun pa rin ang 110-v supply, which he plugged in here which is 220-v. So I'm not sure kung ayos rin yung supply unless makakuha ako ng maayos na Whammy power supply na nasasaksak sa 220-v sources.

Thanks for the help guys! Nakakahiya ito.
