mga sir magpa audition kayo ha kung wala pa kayong band members  :-D

ito rin yung type ng band na gusto ko na i-push thru. yung isa ko kasing rock band, hassle, di kami nagkakaintindihan. walang plans. haha i already have this band in mind since 2002! 2 lang kami. i'll do mostly everything. o diba parang portishead and lamb. haha

blonde redhead pala maganda! napanood ko yung performance nila sa conan o brien, natulala ako sa kanila haha

vaisteen, its actually synactix. meron yung isa pang group, yung first degree. industrial talaga.

one electronica artist worth checking out is morse. he also plays with drip. what makes morse different from others is that he just uses his ears as a guide because he doesnt know how to play any instrument.

OK, this is my deep dark past... i use to do this stuff and even recorded them. i wont claim it as experimental though... i think of it as a tribute to NiN, Manson and Ministry, hehehe... enjoy:

sana nga may banda na tumitira ng lamb, sneakerpimps, portishead, mono, zero7 or kahit ebtg na techno pero live band setup... guitars drum and bass(percs?) and some really awesome vox  it was an idea of mine some time ago but never met anyone who might share the same sentiment. cheesy kaya kung ganun yung tinira? it is a lot lighter compared to nin...

I was at the record store killing time before The Police concert and was pleasantly surprised to be in the middle of an in-store performance by French DJ/Producer Wax Tailor.  The ensemble setup was a laptop/turntable, a cellist, a flautist, and a vocalist.  I was so impressed I had to make an impulse CD purchase.  The latest album is called Hope & Sorrow.  If you like Lamb, Portishead, DJ Shadow, etc. you may want to check this out.

BTW, Portishead's Adrian Utley is one of the most underrated guitarists ever.

oo nga... sobrang simple pero soulfully precise  i heard of a setup in new york na 1 turntable/beat mixer and strings daw. cello octet ata or puro strings lang. parang naririnig ko na yung kinalalabasan ng setup! hehe1 thanks sa link! this should be good...

kasama na rin po ito...some old bjork stuff and the beach soundtrack.
Also knew someone before. main vocalist namin sa Mother Bjorn. Galing kumanta but i really don't know where she is now.

if you're into laid back, soothing electronic music you might wana check out the Postal Service and Tortoise.  cool groups with lots of electronic stuff mixed with guitars.  you can also try out later Radiohead albums like Kid A and Amnesiac.

Nakalimutan kong bigyang pansin ang Cansei De Ser Sexy.

Kababalik ko lang sa tugtugan nila.  Grabe ang stage presence nila, lalo yung bokalista nilang si Lovefoxx.
