HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME KUNG PAREREFRET KO ITO TAPOS SIGURO CHECK UP NARIN KASI LUMANG LUMA NA 2NG GUITAR NATO PARA MALAMAN KO KUNG MERON PA AKO DAPAT IPAAYOS LIKE VOLUME KNOBS 3WAY SWITCH PAINT JOBS AND ONE MORE THING I NEED A GOOD SET OF PUPS FOR THIS ANY IDEAS KUNG ANU MAGANDA? CHKA SCALARIZERS AHEHEHE.

ACTUALLY NAREPAINT NA XA NG BLACK KASO NAG CRACK NA NA YUNG PAINTS SA IBANG PARTS NG GUITAR. SANA MATULUNGAN NIYO AKO THIS IS ONE HECK OF A SG PAG MAAYOS KO ULIT ITO.

I would suggest you call Jon of Elegee guitars kc mas mura sha kesa k Arie and meron shang stewmac at dunlop 6100's na fret wire k arie kasi stewmac lang... pareho naman silang magaling... Sa pups naman I suggest you go with Seymour Duncan Alnico pro II d ka mag sisisi...

alam ko ang refret k jon mga 1,700 pesos tapos depende kung madami shang ginagawa yung tagal pero pag free sha kahit manuod ka lang muna ng sine tapos balikan mo matatapos nya yun... Sa pups naman, yung alnico pro II yan ang ginagamit ni slash. and siempre alnico magnets ang gamit at hinde ceramic. you cant go wrong with alnico's... maganda talaga yan yan yung kinabit namin sa guitar ni butch victoriano ng south border ang ganda talaga ng sound panoorin mo SB sa youtube pag naka les paul sha yun ang pups nun...

d ko  pa nakita bro eh... post mo dito yung link... ciguro yung pups nasa mga 3,500 each sa audiophile. pair na bilhin mo para balanced ang output. if you think that the guitar sounds good by it self and if the tone is already there then maybe its worth it...
kasi you cant get something that isnt there. I know maraming mag didisagree pero eto talga ang conviction ko jan ang guitara na pangit ang tunog pangit parin ang tunog kahit pa palitan mo ng hardware at accesories. oo ciguro mag iimprove yun pero d parin yun papantay sa guitarang maganda talaga ang tunog ng kahoy... pero opinion ko lang yun...

Kung gusto mo palagyan mo pa ng gibson na logo eh hehe...

with all due respect, its the luthier's right to price his services, not you. what will happen if this potential customer will approach Jon and be shocked because the price is not what he thought. we are trying to avoid any misunderstandings, so its best if the customer will contact the luthier himself.

its unethical for people like us, who has no business whatsoever with Jon's business, to post the price publicly.

i didn't say he is unethical; i said publicly posting the "subjective" pricing of an item, be it a luthier work or a custom work, is unethical.

and there's nothing wrong with asking the price, you are after all a potential customer. what i'm trying to say is that if you have the power to contact any seller of an item you want, its best if you contact him/her personally.

Oh sorry po your honor... kaso I just gave an estimate kaya nga sabi ko mga 1,700 tancha nga lang eh... Im sure jon wont mind kasi inirefer ko na nga sha eh... at isa pa wala ka nang paki alam dun noh... instead of helping the guy out dahil humihingi nga ng tulong ang nangyari parang na pasama pa sha tuloy sha kc pinupulis mo pa yung sagot ko... Pra sakin its more unethical for you to tell me what I should and should not post.
