Yup, they are knockoffs.  Even they claim it themselves - first sentence on their home page:

"We have our own guitar factory and we can make any kind of guitar with any kind of logo you want."

if these are as good in quality as greco was in the 70s, id buy one just for kicks. the gretsch and the bullseye intrigue me..

i think these are all Part-gibsons. much like partscasters. kasi sa mga hollows nila, parepareha ang tailpiece.

intriguing indeed...
