its been 30 years since the King of Rock and Roll died....whats your favorite Elvis song or guitar licks of his axemen (Scotty Moore, James Burton etc.)...

Gusto ko yung short guitar solo nung "Heartbreak Hotel".. :-)

I love Scotty Moore's playing - more specially so on Heartbreak Hotel and Hound Dog. Short  and precise soling. Very definitive. Clearly, his style was of an age long passed but it was quite influential for many of those who followed after.

An excellent sideman as he never really overwhelmed Elvis but rather helped him shine.

scotty moore will always be the sentimental favorite i guess. mine is burton, though. and the paisley tele has nothing to do with it. :D
