What's the easiest and fastest way to delete those temporary internet files?

Those files are slowing down my internet, (mga 2 years na akong d nagde-delete ng TIN, he he he) During the christmas holidays, I attempted to delete some of them. Pa isa-isa ang delete ko, nakakapagod din.

May alam b kayong shortcut?

CCleaner

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware! :)

though FF still has it's issue of not freeing memory it used. try this:

1. run Task Manager(ctrl + alt + del).
2. run firefox
3. record the memory and virtual memory firefox used after opening it.
4. close Task Manager.
5. surf the web for say... an hour or two.
6. run Task Manager again and be ready to get amazed.
