hmmm.. i havn't really compared boss pedals to boston pedals. i have a boston dd100 and boss ds 1. based on my experience, both pedals are good. the boston delay can do really good and i can get the sound that i want and i can pretty much "imitate" the delay used in most of the songs that i play and its cost is cheaper than boss delay.. but its still up to you.. whats good to may not be good to you, so i prefer you test those pedals first.   :-D

So will Bostons. Any dissenting thoughts ? It's also built like a tank. The build quality is better than Boss. The components are more modern.

Tsk. Colonial ah.

First off, "imported" din ang Boston. Gawa sya sa China. Ang Boss, gawa sa Taiwan. Just one small body of water away.

Sir, if I may, I request that you open  Boss and Boston pedals first before making any sweeping, generally unsupported conclusions.

BTW, the Boston delay has problems, I'm not defending Boston, I'm just more familiar with them.

listen to bamfx he really knows stuff about peds...

ayos!

It's a clone of the Boss BD2. Unlike the BD2 tho, the OD100 has LED's in the clip stage instead of 4 silicon diodes. The BD2 din also fizzes when you approach maximum gain. Ganun talaga :D

Good news is that, it's very easily moddable. It's my main pedal na nga eh, kasi it's so scooped mids classic rock.
