where can i buy ebony wood? need it for the fretboard of a project guitar.
maple lang meron sa luthier na gagawa eh.

sticky? prolly sticky because of the finish that was used on the guitar. glossy finishes tend to do this but not satin ones. unless the wood has sap on it - and i doubt your kiln dried wood still has sap on it if the folks did a decent job of drying it out - you should be ok with maple unless you want the tone from rosewood and ebony specifically.

elegee does ebony fretboard. but i don't think they will sell their stock of ebony wood.

siguro kung mag papagawa ka ng buong neck.

hmm elegee, kaso plyboard ata gamit nila sa neck and body ano? nakita ko sa pics mukhang plyboard. pwede siguro ako magpagawa kung mahogany rin, sayang pagka ebony kung plyboard ang likod hehe

hindi plyboard ang gamit ng elegee sa neck / body 

my elegee strat has maple neck with ebony fingerboard.

maraming owner's dito ng elegee , ask them

quality gawa ni sir elegee, kung plyboard lang yung ginagamit niya malambot yun authentic ebony ginagamit niya.

so ikaw pipili nung material for you guitar....

and i dont think the elegee will make guitars from plyboard
