How do you manage your time for the band and for yourself?

I was wondering kasi... how do more experienced bands manage their time... i mean...

how do you allot time for your band?
how do you allot time for your family?
work? yourself?

I think it depends on how you treat your band eh, if you treat it as a living or as a recreation... pero I want to hear from experienced people...

Lahat kami ngayon ng ka-banda ko meron work tapos 3 sa amin ang may asawa na 2 binata, ok naman kami sa ngayon pag meron lang busy medyo adjust ng time sa praktis or sched sa gig pag talagang isa na hindi pwede 4 muna kami or hanap kami ng sessionist sa mga kapatid naming banda kahit bokalista pa ang wala hehehe, we love music that's why we started to form a band and nothing can stop us from postponing one of our gig because that is all have one thing in common pero meron kaming isang prinsipyong pinagkakasunduan...
