problem with YM:pls help!

everytime i go on a chatroom, voice conference.

i can't enable the voice function.may voice error.

it says

"this computer does not supprt the required audio compression format"

tried getting help from yahoo technical support, even windows vista. walang silbi. anyway, kung may solution kayo mga kaibigan...i would really appreciate it.

i guess yung latest.. nag reinstall ako ng latest version e

inadvice ng tech support sakin yun, kasi i made a check on my hardware, updated naman ang audio drivers ko.

still the same voice error.

ganito rin nangyayari sa akin. basta ang alam ko may dinownload akong codec tpaos  yun na gumana na. kalimutan ko kung ano yun.

pero subukan niyo rin po ito baka makatulong:

was able to download the latest yahoo messenger...na resolve na ang problema ko

di parin nagwowork yung voice chat sa conference feature ng ym ko! ayaw mamove nung volume, and di rin ako makapagsalita.. pero nakakarinig naman ako from other users! xp professional lang gamit ko..


ang version ko pala is 8.1

di po eh. sa ym conference talaga siya kasi nakakatawag naman ako sa isang ka-ym ko. sa conference lang ayaw gumana. naririnig ko yung iba pero di ako nakakapagsalita.
