What i usually do is first determine the singer if it's a soprano, alto, tenor etc. Then move on with what key is the song.

Set the Retune and Tracking button initially to 50 (pag nasobrahan mo ito, hindi na natural sounding yung pagkaka correct ng notes).

Try this settings first for a start.

Remember, depende din ito sa notes na iko correct ng antares. Pag extreme na yung flats and sharps, you better adjust the notes manually in an audio editor software like soundforge.

What I usually do pag nag change ng key is create another track. For example you are in the key of D. Your intro, verse1, chorus1, verse2, chorus2 is in D. Pagdating sa chorus3 mo nag shift yung key to E. Cut your chorus3 vocal part and paste it to another track. Then mag insert ka na naman ng panibagong antares plug in now setting it to key of E. That'll work.

Depende sa iyo kung buong vocal track and iaantares mo. Kung part by part lang, puede mo sa soundforge iedit yung vocal track mo using antares (kung tinatamad ka mag chop at gumawa ng new track sa DAW mo  :-D)
