Mike Terrana - Very informative about Rock Drumming and pati na ren Personal things. I still can't believe that he's a clean living guy! Hehehe!!!

Steve Smith - Kailangan paba imemorize yan? Hehehe yuck korny ko!!!


( I'm torn between Mike and Marco. Okey ren sana yung kay marco masaya mejo hirap lang kasi ng mga ginagawa nya kaya di nako nag aksayang lamunin yung mga ginagawa nya. )

Of the four clinics, hindi ako naka-attend ng Steve Smith clinic.

Pero I voted for Marco Minneman. Of the three clinics I went to, I thought his clinic had the best combination of theory + practical + entertainment.

hands down for Mr. Smith!

very informative. he even shared the techniques in his solos which most clinicians don't do.

in terms of his showmanship, very relaxed. it's like he's got no worries about anything, very cool.

he was very strict during the show. he doesn't want any cams or videos to be taken during the show. i think it helped, nobody was bothered by the flash or photographers blocking your view. there were none at all, except for the official photographer.

i only got to watch terrena and smith! both were very educational and entertaining. But steve smith's was very educational, iba pag master...thanks Lyric and JB!!

Drum Independence <<<<< This will crack your brains!! 

For me if a drummer develops his independence. This will greatly improve your beats/grooves.

For the newbie drummers, Independence is... ahhhmmm.. well.. Pls follow the steps below nalang! 



Play paradiddle at 90 beats per minute with your both hands.

Plus

Play paradiddle at 120 beats (or any hwag lang 90)per minute with both your feet.

ayan... mahihiwa ang utak nyo nyan! at yan ang isang example ng independence. 


Marco ako men.. Kasi mahirap ang pinaggagagawa nya at as a musician. Dapat kung saan ka mahina or sablay, yun ang ipractice natin diba! Sablay ako sa independence eh kaya Practice-sin ko yung men..

(Like when I was playing guitar, sablay ako sa mga JAZZ eh kasi Metallica ang favarite ko nun eh. pero after trying for so many times eh na gets ko na at oks na! dagdag skill points yun men at nakaka JAM na ako sa mga oldies dito sa office at church dahil dun!)

i wasnt able to attend mike mangini kahit ung org namin naghandle saknya, pero sabi ng mga friends ko na mas maganda ung mga naituro ni STEVE =) at isa pa, kay steve smith ako nakapulot ng mga bagay na talagang nagamit ko at naparaktis ko agad pag uwi ko )

      1st - Steve Smith = Dami ko napulot na kaalaman tska na amaze ako dun sa mga solo's nya!! astg tlaga.. dun sa mismong event ko lang nalamn ang profile nya.. astg pala!! nagulat lang ako sa attiude ni Steve.. Ganun ba tlaga pag maestro na?? hai naku?? sungit pala nya!! anyway.. ok lang din.. Medyo pasaway din kasi yung mga tech dun sa event..


       2nd - Marco Minneman- Galing din.. Lalo na yung sinabayan nya yung boses sa Movie!! grabe.. nakaka inspired din xia pumalo! tska Sem- Humble pa!
