Malfunctioning Laney Prism P65

Any Laney Prism users out here? When I turn on my Prism P65 amp, the only thing that happens is the LED indicators for the knobs start blinking and nothing else. I can't even play my guitar with it. It's basically turned into one huge doorstopper/paperweight.

Anyone know a solution to my problem? Any help would be welcome. Thank you!
