HELP!!! My external hardrive stopped working

patulong po mga masters. tumigil mag work ang external hard drive ko, im refering to laptop hardrive na na ginamit ko as external. meron syang ilaw na maliit pero hindi gaanong nag sisindi pag naka plug na sa USB port. parang kapos sa boltahe.
pag pinapankinggan ko rin walang tunog na maririnig.

question:
ano kayang posibleng problema nun?
repairable pa kaya yun?
can i still retrieve my files from it?

Send it back to where you bought it. Tell them what happened. They're the ones who can really help you. And if it's busted. Ask for a replacement and tell them to get your old files from the busted HDD if it's possible.
