Even though we spend approximately a third of our lives sleeping, one Australian expert says that we're doing it all wrong.
According to Ms Fiona Kerr, the neural specialist from the University of Adelaide, we should all indulge in an 'afternoon nap' in order to function at full capacity.
'There's really interesting work done on not only taking a nap, but the length of naps,' she tells Daily Mail Australia.

di ko kaya ang power nap. sumasakit ang mata't ulo ko. pero pag nakatulog naman ako kahit isang oras, i can stay up to 12-16 hours depende sa rate of activity.
