Open to all Rock bands... a chance to be part on ALL Concert schedules listed above.
NO REGISTRATION FEE.. NO TICKET SELLING...
Interested bands may register starting OCT. 12, 2009. Preferences will be given to Bands who will register for the CAVITE CITY schedule. But may still register for the other scheduled venues.
