Exercise ka lang, its a great way to alleviate depression. pag nag exercise ka maslalong lumalabas mga happy hormones mo.

Running an extra mile or doing another set would definitely keep u from being depressed.
Also, you could do SUPER fun stuff with your SUPER fun friends like clubbing. You exercise (dance) while you're having fun either with friends or with a guy/girl you just met at the club
