toshiba problem

nireformat ko ngayon yung laptop ko, ngayon ayaw na mag connect sa router..
hindi na rin niya malocate yung mga hotspots sa paligid..
nakabukas naman yung wifi switch niya..

pahelp naman mga sir..

hindi ko sir maupdate kasi di makaconnect sa net kahit ikabit ko siya gamit yung cables ayaw parin makapasok sa net :(
