Help regarding tuning problems

Mga sir, may problem po yung G string ko, pag nagii-string bending at nag pipinch harmonic ako, na de-detune. Ever since na nag-switch ako 10's, ayun bigla na lang nagkaganun.

Baka masyado masikip yung slot ng G string sa nut. Pwede mo isand ng onti. Ingat lang baka mapasobra.

The string might be binding on the nut slot. Don't deepen it, just widen it a bit. Lubricate the slot with Vaseline mixed with pencil graphite shavings. Not the cleanest if you have a white nut but it worked for me.

This. an alternative is to buy a nut lube, or buy a self lubricating nut like Graphtech.

diba ang graphtech po gawa sa teflon pwede po kaya yun spinispray na teflon....may sobra pa kasi kami dito sayang naman kung itatapon....

not all teflon.. it's a mixture actually.. pero you can try that if it helps.. then again, pag masikip talaga yung nut slots, wala rin masyado mangyayari.. give it a shot..

nag google ako ng tips pwedeng diretso mo nalang ilalagay yung graphite dun sa nut o saddles...

Yup. You can scrape some graphite from a pencil with a blade. Tapos sprinkle mo sa nut. Hehe.

I like to add a bit of Vaseline para gel type. Stays in place better also. I also lubricated the underside of the string tree. Strings sometimes tend to get caught there also.
