2 prongs lang ang available and as a result, ung mga unwanted noise ay walang pinupuntahan.

even noisegates and regulated power supplies cant comprehend with this problem effectively.

anu kaya pwede natin gawin? i hope  this post would benifit all our brother musicians.. thanks!!!

you mean the 60hz hum? pwede naman ang "earth grounding" bro. i might be wrong but the alternative of most techs is just to string a ground wire from the chassis of the equipment to a ground rod (or a metal driven to earth), pwede rin ang water supply pipeline (not the pvc of course).  :-D

True.. parang yung sa PLDT.. diba meron silang mga steel rods na nakatusok sa lupa?.. pwede ka makijump dun.. or as what Super Bisdak said, pwede rin sa water pipelines..  :-)

yan din mismo ang sinabi sakin nung kaibigan ko na nagtatrabaho sa meralco..

then the best thing to do is to play on barefoot!  :-D hehe

i think would be a good option to bring with you a (handy) groundwire, a stranded #18 copper wire with an alligator clip on both ends will do the job. just tap your equipment to the nearest staked metal on stage and that's it.
