Sorry kung hindi masyado descriptive ang subject.
Okay, here goes...
I own a toy e-drum pad (medeli 305). Its pedal is made of plastic, and I don't think that it will last very long. Opening the plastic pedal revealed a giant push-button (exactly like on TV remote controls, just bigger) ... membrane ek-ek tawag nila. The pedal is not touch-sensitive, it is a normally-open (tama ba?) on-off switch. I could short the two wires and it would work/trigger the kick.
Ok, so DIY question ko...
Is there a way I could use a conventional drum pedal > beating on some electronic contraption (has to be quiet) but doesn't necessarily have to be touch-sensitive (kasi nga on-off switch lang talaga yung kick input ng medeli).
Yes, I did try a piezo-electric buzzer salvaged from an alarm clock... no, it did not work. i think it generates a small amount of electricity... but it does not close a circuit - which is what i need.
So, out of frustration/boredom dinikit ko na lang yung piezo sa acoustic nylon guitar ko with scotch tape, sabay saksak sa zoom g2, tapos amp... tapos ... eh di maingay... walang magawa eh.
Kung sino man may practical na idea, salamat in advance. BTW, magkano kaya practice pad na para sa kick/pedal? I think I will be needing one too.
Ulitin ko, salamat sa makakatulong!
