Mga sir kailangan ko po ng mga opinion niyo!!

sir singit lang ako sandali... tanong ko lang kung anong difference ng 14 sa 13? say same depth. 
is it as simple as 13 gets the higher tone/ pitch?
or 13 can reach the highest tone of 14 but not the lowest decent tone.
and 14 can reach the lowest decent tone of 13 but not the highest.

Sir ganyan lang din po alam kong difference ng 13 sa 14!! mas ma reach ng 13 ang more higher tone and sa 14 nga lowest na hindi abot ng 13 other than that wala din po ako idea  thanks po sir sa suggestion
