Please help me to export Protools projects to OMF... :)

I'm not sure if I should post this here but anyway...
There are 10 songs done in Protools that I need to export to OMF. A friend told me that you need Digi-translator to export these projects. I don't have and don't use Protools. I need the OMF files to import the projects using Sonar.

Can someone help me with this?

I think you can use SSL's Pro Convert software to work on files done in Protools or any other software to your DAW software..
