i suddenly realized upon turning up the volume of my monitors that I am picking up radio interference. any inputs?

maraming factor pinangagalingan nyan sir. minsan pag manipis insolation ng speaker wires, o mahina RF rejection filter ng mixer mo :) meron din namang mga spots na talagang malakas ang interference

If your interface has balanced outputs, try using balanced cables between your interface and monitors. That usually solves most RFI problems. Also try cleaning your cable jacks. I've had one problem before where oxidation on the unbalanced jacks I used acted like a cat's whisker diode causing me to receive a nearby radio station.
