Err I'm pretty noob when in comes to Apple products... So what the heck does jailbreak do?

By the way I got myself the new iTouch 4th. Gen

Guys help please, I want to install lots and lots of apps in my new toy  :-)

its easy o jb. to locked phones, you can unlock it.

you can install free games. more stuff..
