Recently got myself an acoustic and started picking up some of the old music that I grew up with. I remember seeing this movie called Deliverance and was caught up in the interplay between the guitar and banjo.

Well the movie was famous for two scenes. This one and the other was....well....

That tune (Duelling Banjos) has lots of childhood guitar melodies for me. Thanks for posting it here and making me recall my early days with the guitar.

Our acoustic blues and roots group Jook Jam plays this tune as well as Bugle Call Rag -- another banjo and guitar breakdown. Kakoy and I alternate on who plays banjo or guitar.  :-)
