help on tascam 2488

does anyone here have or has used the tascam 2488 portastudio.

i have one but i cant seem to find my way around. the manual is quite complicated to read.

would appreciate anyone who could give me a tutorial on this.

it seems to me that i still appreciate the PC recording method =)
