need help about speakers!

i'm a newbie,putting up a mobile system

for indoors & outdoor purpose

for small bands

now,i don't know what kind of speakers to buy
people say jbl,spl,b3 etc

but i cannot decide

what is better,powered speakers or un-powered?what's the difference?

kung may pera go for JBL! kung tight budget go for B3!

For fast set ups, mid power needs, powered loudspeakers are better.  Listen to each system and decide.  Your budget will also be a big factor.
