Sound proofing a room

Can anyone help sharing some stuff about sound proofing a wall and ceiling?

Ano the best na nilalagay sa wall and ceiling para hindi talaga marinig yung lakas ng tunog ng drums sa labas ng room?

Pag nilagyan ba ng salamin yung sound proof wall mababawasan ba yung sound proof? Kasi malipis lang yung salamin?

airtight - not allowing air or gas to pass in or out

baka po hinde na makahinga yung tao sa studio netu kung airtight

Magkabilang 1/2 Plywood sa metal studs tapos may styrofoam sa gitna, will this work sa sound proofing and sound treatment? Thanks thanks!

rockwool instead of styro.
