Disassemble the neck for cargo

Mga experts. Plan ko po kasing ipacargo yung mga guitars ko. Plan kong idisassemble yung neck sa body. Lahat ng mga body isasabay ko sa box for sea cargo. Isesecure ko lang ng maayos yung mga body. Tapos yung mga neck isasabay ko nalang sa flight ko. 45 days kasi yung sea cargo. Nagwoworry na within that 45 days baka madamage yung mga gitara lalo na yung neck. Iba na kasi ang temperature pag nasabarko na yung mga cargo.Baka pagreceive ko ng mga guitars ko warped na yung mga neck. At least pag dala ko yung mga neck safe na safe sa akin. Ok lang ba yung plan ko mga bro? Or any suggestions? Thanks...

I would do that. Once, after a vacation in Manila, I went back to England with a disassembled Tele in my trekking backpack.

When you assemble the guitar does the neck need adjustments on the the truss rod? Or when you put the strings back wala bang naging problema sa neck? Some buzz or nagbow and neck?

Tingin ko talaga bro mawawala talaga sa intonation yung guitar dahil walang tension hehe pero I may be wrong.

No problem encountered. Although I did give the guitar about 4-5 days to get acclimatized before I tuned it.

Thanks mga bro sa reply. Wala naman sigurong mangyayari sa neck ng guitars ko within that 45 days na nakadismantle sa body nya. I'll just wait for my cargo to arrive in the Philippines.
