Crown LPS 800 Help

Need help mga masters.

Nagsetup kami kanina sa bahay using 2 srx 725 xta clones.

Tinry namin i-biamp using a Crown LPS 800 for the his and an M Audio MA-2400 for the mids. We run them in stereo mode. Walang problema sa mids, tumunog naman. Pero dun sa hi's, isang channel lang ng Crown lps 800 ang gumana. Ang nakapagtataka pa eh yung channel 2 na knob ng lps ang ginalaw namin pero yung channel 1 sa out ang tumunog. Tinry namin pinagpalit ang wires and speakers, ok naman pareho ang srx 725s, tumunog naman yung speakers. 

+2/-2 para sa hi's
+1/-1 naman para sa mid's

Sira po ba yung LPS amp ko?

subukan mo munang gamitin yung lps 800 dun sa mid at stereo mode at bi-amp mode din dun sa speaker system  kahit wala muna dun sa high's mo sir, pag tumunog yung dalawang mids mo, may diperensya sa wiring ng tweeter mo sa loob ng speaker system mo sir. but if the case is the same problem nung ginamit mo para sa high mo, may diperensya  sa lps 800 mo.

By the way, pinadala ko na po sa tindahan para mapa warranty ko yung amp, pero wala naman daw problema sa amp.

yung suggestion ko was just for the sake of checking kung alin ang may diperensya, yung speaker system specifically hi's or yung lps800. anyway da best na yung ginawa mo, you availed of the warranty. at kung ok yung amp, then something wrong with your speaker system. check the internal circuitry of your speaker system.
