rainbow-colored board!  :-D

usually in that setup, the tuner is at the start of the chain (marami nga ang gusto hiwalay yung tuner via switcher), and the looper at the end. tapos sa gitna ikaw bahala.

the usual setup is guitar-dirt-modulation-timebased effects-amp.

the acoustic simulator i have no idea actually where best to place.
Could I have been anyone other than me?

Yung noise would be better addressed by getting quality cables and a really good psu. Wala masyado sa order ng pedals yan.

Yung volume pedal ba more for swells or for setting rhythm/lead levels lang ba?

Anyhow, I'd go SD1, DS1, MT2, CH1, TR2, DD6, RC2, TU3 (tuner last or near the last ako para pwede imute lahat. Maingay pa rin kasi paminsan kung naka on yung high gain pedal tapos nakamute sa harap niya via tuner). Yung Vol Ped, depende sa gamit siguro.

There's your answer.

Your rc2 is eating mA more than the rest of your pedals combined

This is true but this would be the last thing I would do. Because I am using very cheap cables but I dont get hums. I am using the 4 cable method with cheap cables. I am using probably a dozen cheap patch cables. I dont have any noise suppressor. But my setup is still silent and I dont know why.

IMHO, masyado na overkill sa dami ng pedals. Would you really need all of thi sif you will be playing in a gig? Trim down your dirt pedals depending on what the gig requires. Either you can have both the DS-1 and SD-1 on the gig or just have the MT-2 alone. It would really cut down on the noise of your signal chain.
I have stated that there are more bad sounding suhrs then there are good ones.
