Wah: On-board Or Off-board?

broke my heart to find out what it was really about cause i kinda want a wah on my guitar...as in ON it

On-board. I had that same dilemma. before I had a long board with wah on it but had a hard time transporting it during practices so I shifted to a PT MINI with, of course Wah off-board but I didnt like an additional set-up for the wah. especially after the set. too much time consuming. always last and left behind by the band. now, I'm back with a bigger board with my wah in it. much comfy.

you may wanna try this. 

pareho tayo. binenta ko pedalboard ko last time. may pedalboard ako ngayon dito na 10x5 siguro. nahihirapan ako off board yung wah kasi hiwalay ng bag tapos pag magset up sa stage medyo hassel. gagawa nga ulit ako ng malaking pedalboard eh

got the same problem ang hirap mag dala ng board (pedaltrain2) + guitar masyado mabigat and hard to cary lalo na pag commute kaya naisip ko din mag downsize with pedaltrain jr tapos bitbitin ko nalangw ung wah pag need hehe still on process thingking kung anu ba dapat gawin haha bili nalang ako ng car ahaha!

Well.. you can always get a bigger bag to carry both pedalboard and wah, or one with a pocket large enough for the wah.  Basically the reason I like it off-board, aside from a sturdier feel, is I can be more 'free' using the wah, if it makes sense.  Sort of like that spot where you can always go to if you need to cut loose.

Yup, if I do downsize, I'll probably get a pedalboard bag with a wah-sized pocket. But I don't really stray too far from my board onstage, so I won't really need the flexibility that comes with getting the wah off-board

Mukhang ok to ah. Hindi manipis tone tapos parang malaki pa sweep. Maka-research pa nga ng small-footprint wahs.

Sorry about that As for literal onboard wahs, my tone knob can actually approximate such a thing
