In the meantime, I'd reckon a practice amp should suffice. Why not give P2K/month to your mom, and then ask her to keep half. More or less, you  should be able to get a good practice amp after a year

Amp suggestions?  You like pedals.  You play different styles.

It is like asking for a sports car that can carry 8 persons that can pass through a 2-foot flood that can runs at 20km/liter of gas.

IMO, if your goal is to be versed at all styles, get an amp that suits your favorite style most.  And leave the rest to modelling.  What style do you wanna master?
