First be sure to assign a static LAN IP to the DVR.

You will need to set up the laptop to "bridge" the wired and wireless connections

By remotely viewing , if you mean viewing the cameras from offsite, without a static IP you will need to use a DDNS service. Most DVRs will allow this feature in the network settings, if yours does not then you can set up the router to use DDNS.

Either way you will need to set up port-forwarding on the router.

If you just want to see the cameras from the other side of the house, just enter the DVRs's LAN address in IE or the DVR Viewing software.

Yung isa mong DVR sa port forwarding ang port is 80 diba ? use port 81 for your next DVR then when your connecting to it remotely include :81 in the end of the address

Example:

DVR1 - www.test.dyndns.org
DVR2 - www.test.dyndns.org:81

and so on and so forth

tama si sir technical1, add ko lang. sir,

yung sa set up ng isang dvr, palitan mo rin na 81 yung port. then add mo sa portforwarding ng router..
